Caroline Costigan is the founder of 3C Consulting. She is passionate about collaborating to deliver great outcomes and finding better answers that enhance our world of work. Caroline is energised and driven by her values. Above all, she loves learning, supporting the growth of others and having some fun along the way!

Caroline is hands on, spontaneous, flexible and enjoys the freedom of exploring new ideas. She is accountable for her actions and holds ethics close to her heart. Her style is best suited to situations where big picture thinking is required and the ability to embrace multiple perspectives. Throughout her career, Caroline has worked across many industries within the public and private sectors. 

In 2017, Caroline established 3C Consulting to pursue her passion in delivering top class service to clients, which is strongly underpinned by a relationship built on trust and understanding. Her key specialisms include; Organisational Development, Organisational Design, People Strategy development and Leadership Coaching. 

Caroline completed a number of programs of study including an MSc in HR Strategy at Dublin City University (DCU); a BA in HRM at Portobello Institute and a HDip in Executive Coaching at the Smurfit Business School (UCD). She is a Fellow of the CIPD and IITD and a qualified executive coach accredited to Senior Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Confederation (EMCC) and PCC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Caroline is a certified practitioner in many individual, team and culture tools and various psychometric instruments.
